If you read the announcement from December I thi k it was. They don’t have to lodge 4c anymore as they had four consecutive quarters of positive cash flow. Now the only financials they have to lodge are yearly and half yearly. Thus the announcement that it will be out at end of February. Nothing to do with mergers. Should have a month of the combined entity on this half yearly. Would be nice if they did a quarterly update though. Shareholder comunication is pretty bad with this company.
