But like so much of what's happened in the end it may all come down to semantics.
If I develop an App for ITunes I am not in partnership, exclusivity or have a project with Apple. I have simply developed an App for Apple's marketplace, which 3rd party consumers may purchase at their discretion.
Hopefully a full and frank market disclosure clears up some of these semantics.
