WHA is trying to enter in a market where half of the earth's population lives, where every large organisation wants to enter.
With an Indian subcontinent background - I can advise you of one thing. Chinese middle class may hold a lot more wealth than Indian middle class but do not underestimate Indian market.
It may turn out to be the best strategic move. If the company is going to supply baby food products in both Indian and Chinese market then the management should better start planning on expanding their manufacturing plant.
Good luck to all.
