SVM'S graphite aspirations are running a time frame parallel to next years election.
Pretty sure Muthy's DPP or main opposition Chaki's MCP will be keen to use this project for political leverage in showing voters we are a progressive govt
- along with Mkangos rare earth project.
Interesting to see as reported if the new mines and minerals bill is tabled this month.
