    Hi Silver,

    Not quite sure of your timeline but cannot see Div or Share buyback anytime soon or for a good length of time beyond that TBH.

    You would not buy LYC for a dividend, it is still very much a resource company although hopefully morphing into something else.

    Buyback? maybe way down the line but again LYC way to immature in its company cycle.

    You buy LYC for SP appreciation, to be leveraged to a company in a very strategic position within a growth sector.

    The conversion has discounted this appreciation to the extent you are probably leveraging the sector just as much or more than the company into the future.
