My 2 cents:
DP has an amazing track record at delivering the goods, he has a big chunk of his own $$$ invested
in BDI.
These guys aren't playing us, This may well be DP's
final hurrah and I don't think he wants to f* it up.
I genuinely think he wants to build something, from his track record I get the idea that he is a builder not a pump and dumper.
The way they have designed the contracts with LCPL
Negates pump and dump, if this cobalt play turns to shit, LCPL are left holding a big chunk of worthless BDI script that no one will buy.
This tells me LCPL are confident as well because the big money comes to them when BDI actually define a massive CO resource.
LCPL are in this for at least 3 years.
