I wouldn't be concerned, stock like this which is lightly traded will be subject to big fluctuations. With no announcement out of DDR (which it is required to do), I would say the majority are profit takers and panic sellers. If you check the graph it is consistent with previous drops and it has always recovered, the question is a matter of when the sellers stop moving on their sell price. Ive seen it before with other companies, who recovered shortly after, and this company has a stronger position than those. I would say 2.97 is fair value once the $0.044 ($0.0572) is announced.
