You also need to remember that the closer we get to the expiry, the time premium (currently at 0.2cents as the OA are 0.2cents thus OA to convert + buy is 1.2c while heads are 1.0c) will trend towards 0, so in a month, if the price is still 1.0c the OA might be worth 0.1cent because the time until they become worthless is ticking down.
Risk reward for OA's requires a large price increase in a short amount of time to get the value out of the leverage. IMO I would call that gambling compared to investing.
