Hi, Not an investor in BPS, but may be soon.
I Was looking at their Frequent Values business. I haven't downloaded the app but it sounds superficially similar to Clipp, although Clipp was more focused on the payments and the deals came later.
ASX:IMS has listed their Clipp product as non-core and might be looking at offloading it. I would suggest that, this could be a good acquisition for BPS and Frequent Values. From what i know Clipp is having trouble being profitable, but that might have to do more with marketing than the technology. I love the app actually and i think there would be enormous synergies between Clipp and Frequent Values that could be realised by BPS.
