I think Asian markets are perceived as better value than the US at present but some of the NTA discount difference between PAF and PGF also reflects the importance the market places on yield in my opinion. If PGF realised some profits and paid a similar dividend the divergence would probably narrow. I'm happy to pick up a few more PGF at a discount to post tax NTA anyway.
