Depends on the end game.
If it's a lowball takeover, then it's still going to be double or more where the SP sits currently.
If BR know that funding may be necessary going forward and have divined that they can line up for a 'placement to sophisticated investors' somewhere near the current SP, then after that they may let the share run.

Lots of news between now and end of H1 when the directors options are up, and the 'warm relationship' between TP and Evy may have influence...

I suspect the next 6 months will reveal a lot. I'm interest in staying invested to find out what.

PS: does this ann mean the 'shaking the tree' mantra got the boot?
