Burnett, I agree these things always take longer than expected, and from what ive heard this ann is not going to be in the near future.
I believe you when you say that you are getting reliable info and am glad that you post it here, but you just need to be careful saying things like "the sp will be this" and "the ann due tomorrow" statements because it hurts your credability and the others who make statements like this.
