So I think it will trade cum cap raise which will cap the price. I'm going to watch from the sidelines for the next quarter +

Thanks for your comments. You make a lot of good points I need to look into. You are right in saying that for small growth companies burning through cash quickly, taking on debt is a very risky proposition. If they anticipate they need the cash they really should do it BEFORE they really need it.
