    SPN will get shareholder approval for sure. The players involved wouldn't even put the proposal forward if they didn't think it had a very good chance of getting up - or, even, have the numbers already secured.

    The long term benefits for the company are huge... in the short-term, the sp is going to $1.10 by Tuesday.
