Really if HC is to be questioning management at the level of how they should or would pay their staff then it's becoming Avery disruptive place. If you don't like what management are doing you should not be invested in that company. I have no problems in commission being paid I am more concerned if the sales force were not incentivised.
Really think that new management has been more than open and inclusive - I hope all the armchair experts don't make them regret being inclusive and open.
