They will be reviewing every bits and pieces of these contracts.

If Management are having problems convincing ASX of this, they are going to have a huge task convincing potential buyers who have to fork out real money.

And potential buyers won't pay market price - it is very likely to be a steep discount price.

Even a takeover at cash backing circa 50c is a massive windfall for Joel and Bane. Everyone else basically screwed.
