The reason why im angry is that we are forced to vote "yes" to the binding deal.

If we dont, the debt holders will refuse to refinance our loans at the end of the year and will force us into liquidation, then they will sell the mine for the same price anyway.

The contract might as well be binding.. we have no control over this company, the banks do.. the vote is merely a formality to give us the illusion that we have control.
