And that 17c "support" will now become resistance? 17c was broken without too many problems. I believe 14c is the key level ATM and will wait to see what happens. These licensing deals wont have a big effect on the fundamentals until a fair way through next year. The nature of microcap's like BRT and the sector that it is in, the market wont take much notice of it until the fundamentals show profits - and they don't yet. Also, FUN collapsing in the past year hasn't helped out BRT too much either. Plus there have been a lot of shares placed well under the current share price so that will increase downward pressure.

It's a wait and see atm. Definitely no hurry to buy in, in my opinion
