To me it looks like the ASX is trying to save it's image by coming down hard on GSW. The ASX is trying to make an example of GSW. However, GSW has had enough and now wants out as they can no longer operate under these stringent conditions. In other words they've started divorce proceedings. My guess is a take over offer on Monday or some other material update, hence why there is no general update today.

Note: the above is just my speculation and likely wrong.
