The legal firm has little information which can easily be found as to where they might be based and it's only after looking at News that it seems to indicate it might be New York and a new office opening up in Atlanta. They also claim to cover English, Chinese and Japanese Languages but don't mention all the European languages because they claim to have European offices too. They class themselves as almost global lawyers because the earth has no borders.

Imo I see their offer is more of a marketing excercise to help establish themselves so that everyone will find out who they are.

I find it intriguing as to why they got interested in GSW all the way from USA given that GSW is a small player on the world scene but then realiae that it's a great way to get free publicity for their business expansion plans. Who are their Australian solicitors and which firm did they work before joining this world mob? The contact number is not in Australia.
Maybe other readers can provide more info without giving them too much free publicity in their initial clients attempt to destroy an Australian start up business. Who really initiated this chess board move I wonder?

I hold a small number and realise the share price is likely to be drop substantially given the AFR article and it's innuendos. I hope the company can continue to offer their services without the baggage of possible closure by legal action and lack of staff to carry out their service obligations due to management needing to prepare for court cases which can knock the confidence off any entrepreneur.
