Yes, you are probably right. Would be interesting to know what % of investor loans are in fact within SMsf.
I'M not sure if we are in uncharted territory with the very high level of investors in the Sydney market. A small % drop could have a much larger impact.
I think by April we will have a very good view of how the year is going to shape up.
My current reading, is that by July we will have y on y price falls of around 10%, for Sydney.
