There should be a few shortfall shares to distribute. Stork Holdings are not taking up their entitlement of 17,405,775 and I don't know how Yale University are holding their approx. 14.36% of issued capital but they may be ineligible to participate in the cap raise. There are probably other non-residents who are also ineligible.
