Trey Gowdey helped compose the memo and if you have seen any interviews with him in the past few weeks, he has been ultra consistent in his rhetoric. Also, Paul Ryan and Gowdey have been pretty consistent in that all along that there is no reason for this to impact the Mueller investigation.
I am dumbfounded that you think this is supposed to be all about the Mueller investigation. You are a "nothingburger" if you think it was supposed to be all about Mueller.
