Wow...that is quite interesting.
Looks like a legal move to buy some more time for MIN.
The weekend will give them extra time to consider the MITSUI bid.
All good for us, IMHO.
Personally, I hope MIN loses. If they lose, I think they will be circling us.
We have enough gas to supply them for 20 plus years in the Pilbara and the condensate and oil - they can sell for a bonus.
Lets see what Monday brings.
