I don't know how close that will be, but I'd worked out similar at one stage. Clearly depends on exchange rate and how many more sogtl shares on issue and eventual trading price when there's some interest again. At the 500 tanzanian shilling it's around the mark. You'd *assume* the shares would be worth a little more with this deal going through, a rising oil price and drilling actually happening later this year.
