I think combination of the 3 trusts is not on the cards
these are 3 separate trusts with 3 separate geographical areas with 3 different sets of risks etc
What you forget, ijudge, is that these wheeler-dealer manager types make their dough out of continual asset shuffling and restructuring. The "fashion" for sector-specific and diversified trusts keeps flip-flopping.
Just look at the history of the colonial property trusts and centro if you want an example.
The other big risk with these that i didn't notice anyone mention, is the risk that some of the tenants will go belly up and just stop paying rents.
