IF the FBI (Comey, McCabe, Strzok) were conspiring against Trump it would stand to reason they would have wanted to tip the scales in Clinton's favor.
- They received the FISA warrant on 21st Oct 2016 (according to the Nunes Memo) and could have publicized this or at the very least leak this if they wanted to tip it in Clinton's favor
- What ended up actually happening the following week on 28th October 2016? Comey announced that the Clinton email announcing the FBI email investigation was being reopened tipped the scales in Trumps favor.
Even the basic logic of this memo that the FBI were acting in a partisan way doesn't make ANY sense based on the FBI actually did around the time of the memo....
