when do we get our money refunded for the extra shares that we applied for but didn't get?
brings me to the next question - why didn't I get any extra shares than I was eligible for when they had to tap the underwriter for the cash??? my money was free to them, the underwriter will extract their pound of flesh for giving them the 1.2c a pop... confused?????
