Request for temporary suspension from quotation of securities under Listing Rule 17.2

The proposed capital raising that Eden Innovations Ltd (“Eden”) is arranging through placements to a number of US and Australian institutions is not yet complete. Accordingly, Eden is not in a position to announce the successful completion of this capital raising before the commencement of normal trading on Monday 5 February 2018, and accordingly seeks a temporary suspension from quotation of Eden’s securities until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 12 February 2018, or when the announcement is released to the market.

Eden is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended.
