I give it a 1% probability of XST launching a TO offer for ZFX this year.

They have just taken over JBM. Are trying to take over RSP and have their hands in multiple other things.

To tell you the truth, i dont think they have the main power to handle and integrate all 3 at once.

Maybe in 3-6months.
