no other alternative but to await further details of this material acquisition. can speculate all we want but previous speculation on ANN's way off the mark - and as for dilution - yep could be an issue depending on the extant of same - again need to await ANN release.

however IMO I suspect that the material acquisition will offset any adverse consequences of any CR/dilution - can't see management making a case for CR without exceptionally good option being placed on the table to SH's.
