Two points come to mind:
1. We now know why they were in such a rush to change the company name - they saw this 'risk' coming and would try and keep it under the radar. For instance - I haven't been monitoring IMS like I was MBE - and missed this last week.
2. Telsta have just taken a $500m hit on their 'youtube' investment - a DCB payout would be peanuts.
