What the announcement doesn't mention is whether or not Wellard has, in recent times, being contracting cattle from Brazil for export. It might possibly be a fluke that Wellard had nothing contracted at the time of the court injunction.
The other risk is that this injunction emboldens similar groups in South America to use this court order as a precedent to seek similar injunctions where Wellard does operate.
