Drill results were great. Road is being built. Huayou providing cash and partnership without offtake agreements.
Now AVZ have appointed Key personnel with History of running and building projects.
Three months of drilling to come.
ML saying a Carbonate plant will be built.

IMHO You are throwing the baby out with the water.
The market cap and share price reflect increased investor sentiment.

In My Opinion AVZ continues to increase share holder value.
Historically Patience and holding a sharemarket assett of world leading proportions leads to manyfold increases in share holder wealth. As has happened.
