Considering they haven’t publish a ‘research’ note on MEB, I don’t think this article has any relevance to MEB. The AFR article seems to draw concerns around the fee being paid to and the ‘research’ note being published by the corporate adviser, even though relevant disclosures have been made.

It is worth remembering that those insto / fund managers / wholesale clients that became shareholders in Meb via the placement managed by Aesir capital, are responsible for and Iam sure would of conducted their own due diligence on Meb, the management team and the technology, prior to making an investment decision to become shareholders.
