Good reasoning. The Government and DMC obviously have a big idea of what is going on at this project and when we get some more figures and a scoping study this should be nowhere near current levels.

If this project didn't have potential to go all the way the government would have wanted a much juicer payment straight away. Doing it this way makes sense... and keeps DMC with an extremely juicy and tight capital structure.
