In principle yes, in fact the Kryptos exchange would have been a very good move if they had done it (say) six months ago and launched prior the crypto peak.
But the two critical factors here are:
1) Kryptos X is not launched. We don't even know what progress has been made on it even though the launch is due at the end of Feb. Not a single update since the initial announcement and FFG does not have a great track record of getting things done. When will it launch?
2) Given the crypto collapse, what does the future of crypto exchanges look like? Can this exchange succeed? It's not an easy win like it was looking late last year.
