I Understand Your thoughts. I agree incentives and KPI's should be set to show acheivement and value adding.
The incentives appear to be set low to allow ease of attainment.
I think He was given the Golden egg to motivate Job Engagement and shareholder value.
Shareholder value that should incentivise all holders.
