    new deal virtually agreed to except for by sharehoders who will have no choice but to lose all.Prject bank group will have to agree as they have just forked out extra funding.Only downside is further dilution to shareholders. me thinks shares offered to new party at 0.012 and my prediction is that shares will reach 7cents in a years time
