as we all know ...MRX have never been one to let the cat out of the bag prior to annoncement...and considering i have traded and watched this stock for over a year now...it tends to go unnoticed until after the fact....not alot of insider buying/selling in this one ...or at least buying, that is obvious as the nose on your face.
If you look at the time of the trading halt it was after market closed last night so that could have stopped insiders gaining knowledge and pumping the shareprice....another scenario could be a private placement to professional /institutional investors to raise money for expansion without having to do a rights issue ....if this is the case im picking it would be at market prices ...otherwise they would be idiots to offer too much of a discount....

Im picking the announcement will have a positive flavour ....what that moght be is purely speculation.
These guys do keep a tight ship so it will be at least, interesting.....we already know they are producing to a maximum output of 5500 T p/a ...not too sure what else is going on behind the scenes so its a wait and see scenario......we can rule out anything to do with DYL otherwise they would be in trading halt ....cheers JAM
