Yes I bought in around this level years ago anyway so It's no different for some of us. However I'm feeling grateful that i can buy some more before the price goes back up. The question is, will we hear about the permits before or after the CR as some of us definitely want in before the permits, but I don't want to get stung by a low ball CR that makes the SP fall even further. ...
