Mate i see it every day in the meat industry, company has all the power these days so it offers bugger all in conditions, fact!!, my workplace has a workforce of 2800 people and in the last year we had 1600 people leave, so the company screams skill shortage and get in 457s, so wow it has its labour assured from overseas now so next eba it offers bugger all in improvements and so it goes on and all sanctioned by our government, but with all the population increase we have a housing boom that we just cant aford anymore.
