Continuous disclosure by companies and Directors is something that ASIC takes very seriously. I have known of Directors and Company Secretaries to be investigated and fined substantially for breaches of the Corporations Act. This is a very real situation and one that will not be overlooked. The best outcome will be for us shareholders that will force the current Company Secretary of RMG and Directors to get their act together and report back to shareholders on a timely basis. Public companies and non-diclosure are mutually exclusive concepts.
I look forward to the RMG Board rectifying the current situation and to in good faith provide the shareholders with an update of all activities of RMG in terms of tenement finalisation, JVs, name change, new appointments, native title, drilling progress whatever the case may be. Enough is enough. RMG is no longer a shell. Its now becoming a real business.
