We do not know if the latest share price increase and increased volume is because of a long awaited re-rating or someone is trying to build a stake in the company.
If it is the latest then the best place for building a stake in the company would be Canada as the Toronto Exchange has different rules compared with the ASX.
One of the first and most important rule is that someone who is building a stake only has to inform the stock exchange once the stake has reached 10% of the companies shares.
The ASX has a rule that comes into place at 5%.
You probably understand what I mean.
