Yes not too shabby - now looks over 7% with the broad market drop.
Considering a top-up & in re-checking their investor presentation I see debt levels are quite high (80%) - compared to say REITs that I am more familiar with. Of course they are a regulated entity with monopoly that guarantees their income stream.
Do you have an opinion on their debt - is this normal for this type of asset ?
