writer..... didn't say what FY09 forecast was. It was only a summary report dated 5th dec. It's an email sent to all commsec members. Shouldn't be too hard to find. It also says .......
However we believe it is likely that CUS will re-consider earlier plans to introduce dir. charging early. If this does occur prior to the current date of Oct. then we would look to increase our forecast depending on the date of introduction.
