Maybe he or more importantly the Board should consider aligning his remuneration to tie in with an outcome for shareholders.
I think shareholders would be much more open to RM getting a huge swag of shares or performance rights on the issue of a valid prospecting license and then some more at the issue of a mining license.
Then everyone is moving to the same goal and the company doesn't have to dilute its shareholders like crazy to raise the $1.2 million per year to pay him.
The Board is seriously lacking in acting in shareholders interests which is their only real task.
We will see what the response is to this at the information sessions as no doubt the license will still be non-existent by this time. No doubt.
