Personally I think its needed I have long spoken to them about getting into the ASX 300 - Without it you have not much hope of gaining a large institutional base and in fact, they need around $250 million market cap and growth to get there. The AFR article alludes to the renewed appetite for health care and comments on the Lifehealthcare deal.
