Feb 12 in the NZ High Court. Commercial cases are heard by a single judge. The case is scheduled to last 2 weeks though I can imagine a judge being able to get to the bottom of it somewhat quicker than that.... but lets see... 70% of High Court rulings are released within a month which should mean the result is known prior to the Q3 Qtrly report. Any appeal by the loser (to the Appeals Court) must be granted by the High Court - the liklihood an appeal being granted will be in direct correlation to the complexity of the case.

I'd expect the SP to bounce around until the end of the qtr... and then it'll surely bounce around some more. What we can all bank on in that time is that Moosie will release a chart, IJ will be baited into some comment, a bot will sell some shares low, a bot will buy shares high, and Harri will probably find some loose change in the couch allowing him to consider buying another million CFD's on his wife's account (with her permission).
