I think Carl is the biggest or close to the biggest shareholder. If he isnt increasing the dividend, he must have a few acquisitions planned. The cash balance they are holding is quite large, perhaps its to do with franking credits ? The 4 cps div certainly has been a regular feature over the recent past !
